M2N is organized first and foremost to be a fun and charitable effort to improve the quality and enjoyment of fitness related events. We strive to work together to make each other’s event better. Our goals include promoting physical fitness, increasing awareness for our charities and participation in our events. By working together, we are able to consolidate overhead, cross promote events and provide a more consistent event experience for all participants. It is recognized by the IRS as a 509 (a) (2) non-profit organization and all events operating under the M2N umbrella are recognized as such.
Founded in 2013, the events of the March to November Series are excited to build on prior success, and that includes raising over $60,000 yearly for local charities! Last year M2N events provided much needed support to: Watertown Family Aid; Watertown Education Foundation; Watertown Area Cares Clinic; Watertown Area YMCA; Inter Urban Trail; Watertown Bike Rodeo; PADA (People Against Domestic & Sexual Abuse) and Bike Safety Projects. Bringing all these races together enables us to consolidate overhead expenses and deliver a more consistent race-day experience. We understand participants like quality fitness events benefiting a good cause and our community leaders and health professionals are interested in a more physically fit population. It's pretty amazing what we can accomplish when we all work together.
